Cycling Retreat to Host Open House in Springdale

Springdale, Arkansas — On February 20th from 10am-5pm, Natural State Rock & Republic, a multi-faceted cycling retreat, invites the surrounding communities to attend an open house at the newly rebranded property formerly known as Magnolia Gardens.

The grounds are located at 500 N Main Street in Springdale.

Open House attendees will have access to tour the 6.5 acre property, guest house, and cycling studio. Owners Scotti and Ernie Lechuga will be on site to provide tours of the property and share Natural State Rock & Republic’s new programming, which includess:

• the newly renovated 10bed/10bath historic guest house

• an indoor spin studio with coaching and bike fitting services

• cycling tours and expeditions for cyclists at every level

• rental bikes and gear rentals for outdoor cycling adventures

• an Arkansas artists gallery

The Guest House & Grounds

The cycling-themed guest house is situated directly on the Razorback Greenway, is within walking distance of downtown Springdale, and is centrally located to Northwest Arkansas’ most popular major mountain bike, gravel, and road biking routes. The guest house can be booked as individual suites or as a whole unit. The property is also available for corporate events, weddings, special occasions, and the grounds will be a launchpad for cycling tours throughout the region.

The Cycling Studio

Cycling enthusiasts can now receive training and coaching at the state-of-the-art indoor cycling studio on site. Equipped with smart trainers and the latest technology, cyclists of all levels can enjoy Zwift and other various group training platforms to increase their fitness level. Bike fitting services are offered on site and are bookable by appointment.

Arkansas Artist Gallery

The new local artists gallery features local artists of various mediums who will show on a rotational basis.

• Raffle drawings for accommodations at the guest house (subject to availability), bike fitting, and indoor studio training packages

• Parking is available on the grounds and in the Downtown Springdale Alliance’s parking lot adjacent to the grounds, located at 224 W Huntsville Ave

• Biking is encouraged. The gates to the property from the Greenway will be open.
