Reserve Downtown Springdale Public Spaces
Through an agreement with the City of Springdale, Downtown Springdale Alliance (DSA) administers reservations for select public spaces in downtown Springdale, including Luther George Park, Shiloh Square, and Turnbow Park, as well as events that may involve downtown street or trail closures.
These public spaces can accommodate everything from small gatherings and community programs to festivals, concerts, and large public events.
Before You Apply
Please review the information below before submitting a reservation application.
Applicants are responsible for understanding all applicable rules, fees, deadlines, and event requirements.
What Happens After You Apply?
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reservation of a space.
After receiving your application, DSA will review the event information and contact you regarding next steps, including consideration by the Public Events Committee, which meets on the third Wednesday of each month.
If your event is approved, DSA will provide your reservation agreement, applicable fees, deadlines, and any additional requirements. Depending on the event, these may include event insurance, security, trash and restroom services, alcohol permits, parking plans, event layouts, and street or trail closure approvals.
All required documents, approvals, and fees must be submitted by the applicable deadlines. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation. The reservation agreement specifically provides that failure to pay the invoice by its due date voids the reservation.
