Downtown Springdale Announces Its LIVE! At Turnbow Concert Series in the Downtown Outdoor Dining District
Springdale, AR – The Downtown Springdale Alliance announces its LIVE! at Turnbow season, an outdoor concert series featuring musicians from across Northwest Arkansas and the Mid South region. The free outdoor concerts take place at Turnbow Park where the community can listen to live music while they enjoy a bite to eat and drink in the Downtown Outdoor Dining District. The community can expect to hear a variety of musicians and bands including collaborations with local non-profit music organizations.
LIVE! at Turnbow takes place on the last Thursday of the month beginning in April through September. All concerts begin at 6:30PM. The LIVE! at Turnbow headliners are as follows:
April 27 : Funk Factory, Presented by Smoothman Music Production
May 25: Bonnie Montgomery, Presented by House of Songs
June 29: Ensemble Ibérica, Presented by House of Songs
July 27: Carver Commodore, Presented by City Sessions
August 31: Fayetteville Jazz Collective, Presented by NW Arkansas Jazz Society
September 28: Branjae, Presented by Music Moves
“The community of Springdale has embraced and grown the Live at Turnbow series into a shared tradition of community gathering,” says Jill Dabbs, Executive Director of Downtown Springdale Alliance. “Last Thursdays April through September are not to be missed. The LIVE! at Turnbow outdoor concerts are the perfect backdrop for a great night out. Turnbow Park is spacious with plenty of seating space. It’s an easy walk to local restaurants and bars. Many of our downtown businesses will be staying open late for the concert. And it’s right off the Razorback Greenway making it easy to walk and bike there. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair and make a night of it!”
LIVE! at Turnbow is hosted by the Downtown Springdale Alliance and presented by the Tyson Family Foundation. The concert series is supported by dozens of local businesses that are invested in the growth of Downtown Springdale.
