Downtown Springdale Alliance Hosts Christmas on the Creek, A Family-Friendly Holiday Tradition.
Springdale, AR – Downtown Springdale Alliance is hosting Christmas on the Creek on Saturday, November 26th from 12PM-8PM.
Christmas on the Creek is a holiday tradition in downtown Springdale with something for everybody! The daylong event features a hot cocoa crawl throughout the downtown, Cycling Santas bike rides led by the Springdale Bike Club, the Mill Street Holiday Market, pictures with Santa on the grounds of the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, live music & the lighting of the tallest live Christmas tree in Northwest Arkansas. The festivities culminate with the spectacular Christmas Parade of the Ozarks hosted by the Rodeo of the Ozarks.
The festivities take place throughout downtown Springdale – on the grounds of the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History, along Mill Street, at Shiloh Square and Turnbow Park. Many of the festivities take place within the Downtown Outdoor Dining District where people can enjoy the festive mood and lights while grabbing a bite to eat and drink.
“The holiday cheer will be bountiful with all that is planned for this year's Christmas on the Creek,” says Jill Dabbs, Executive Director, Downtown Springdale. “This is a perfect outing for the whole family after Thanksgiving or plan your Friendsgiving to be in downtown Springdale.”
