Downtown Springdale Announces Its 2024 LIVE! At Turnbow Concert Series
The Free Concerts Take Place in the Downtown Outdoor Dining District
Springdale, AR – The Downtown Springdale Alliance, a local nonprofit that promotes a vibrant downtown, announces its LIVE! at Turnbow season, an outdoor concert series featuring musicians from across Northwest Arkansas. The free outdoor concerts take place at Turnbow Park where the community can listen to live music while they enjoy the Downtown Outdoor Dining District. The community can expect to hear a variety of local and regional musicians including collaborations with local non-profit music organizations.
LIVE! at Turnbow takes place on the last Thursday of the month beginning in April through September. All concerts begin at 6:30PM. The LIVE! at Turnbow opening acts and headliners are as follows:
April 25 Headliner: MEZCLAVE, Presented by Northwest Arkansas Jazz Society
Opening Act: Los Veleros
May 30 Headliner: Shannon Wurst Band, Presented by The House of Songs
Opening Act: Taylor Smith
June 27 Headliner: MARK Harmony, Presented by The House of Songs
Opening Act: WAIPA Dancers
July 25 Headliner: Brick Fields
Opening Act: March to August
August 29 Headliner: The Sons of Otis Malone
Opening Act: Shiloh Old Time Pickers
Sept 28 Headliner: Funk Factory Goes to Church, Presented by Music Moves
Opening Act: Arkansas Gospel Chorale
“Last Thursdays April through September are not to be missed,” says Jill Dabbs, Executive Director of Downtown Springdale Alliance. “The LIVE! at Turnbow outdoor concerts are the perfect backdrop for a great night out. Turnbow Park is an easy walk to local restaurants and bars. It’s right off the Razorback Greenway making it easy to walk and bike there. And Turnbow Park has plenty of seating space -- bring a blanket or a lawn chair and make a night of it!”
LIVE! at Turnbow is hosted by the Downtown Springdale Alliance and presented by the Walmart Foundation. The concert series is supported by dozens of local businesses that are invested in the growth of Downtown Springdale.
